How much should I sell my Honda for?

It's a 2004 Honda civic dx sedan with 120000 miles and everything is good except the airbag sensor is on and I don't know why and if it matters I live in Tulsa you think 5000 would be good so they can lower to like maybe 4000 thanks for helping
