Was there a jail break in Tulsa or a escaped convict ?

My friend said that the cops searched his neighborhood for a escaped prisoner or something. I'm 99.99% he's full of **** but I want to make sure. We live in the tulsa area and he said it happened between monday and friday. Any helpful info is welcome.
