How to download itune files from pc to ematic e-book reader?

My friend got an ematic e-book reader and is trying to download music from her Itunes file on her pc for her son. ??? any directions on how to do this. I am not that familiar with Itunes and do not see a send or copy/paste option. OR she has all the tunes on an Ipod device that I could hook up to the PC but again not sure how to get it to the e-reader. Thanks. (Ematic has been no help at all and I see nothing else on the internet searches I have done.) She does have Windows Vistas but that does not seem to be the problem yet....... thx!
