Is this a good deal for a Laughlin vacation package?

$249 per person which includes round-trip airfare from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Laughlin, Nevada, three nights hotel, and ground transportation from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. Do you think this is a good deal? (Because airfare to and from Washington, D.C. would cost almost $1,200, the above-mentioned deal sounds a lot better)
