Where can I find a Micro SD to USB adapter? (details inside)?

Basically I'm not looking for a USB adapter into which you put an SD card; I'm looking for something, where, for example, if you only have an SD card reader, I need something where a USB can be read from that slot, if something like that exists. Thanks.
