Could I Get Into Creighton University and University of Tulsa with a 3.0 and 29 ACT?

Im almost done with sophmore year and based on my brother who is a senior and sister in college it looks like I will be getting an ACT between 28-30. I have a 3.01 GPA currently and have only really thought about these two schools. Could I get into them with this resume. (I do hella service trips, work for my dad's firm in the summer, and work with special needs kids 2 days a week during school.) Also if you have time what are some other good division 1 universities that you recommend, thanks! (ALso, I go to a very very very prestigious private high school.)
