TNT Anime Convention?

Tokyo in Tulsa 2011 ! Okay this is my first anime convention and i am not sure if i should go..? Me and my friends are looking forward to it :) We are cosplaying as naruto characters! But since i am only 14 my parents are not sure if they should let me go. They keep asking what? how? and where? I know it's held in tulsa and that it's on July 15-17... Well anyway tell me everything you know about it and if you might be going? I can't wait ^o^ (any information will be helpful like what kind of things are going to be held and all the other cosplaying contests that are going to be there)
