Who do I call to look into delivering phone books in Tulsa OK? (not for Verizon)?

I've googled pretty much everything. I just need the phone number for the contact for how to get started with yellow book or at&t. There have got to be a million. I know all the scams, don't want to deliver for Verizon, but I did this in high school and want to try again. Please help! All I need it the 800 number that people have eluded to. Thanks!
