Can Sylvan Learning Center help dyslexic student prepare for ACT and SAT?

My son is a junior High school student and holds a GPA 4.0 but is a slow reader. He is going to be doing his ACT and SAT. Can Sylvan Learning Center's pricey advanced reading program help him. Can anyone help me decide if their cost of 2 hours/day for 6 days at $480.00 is worth it?
