Are women happier and more contented if her man dictates to her?

I've always found dictating to a woman to be the best way of keeping her happy and taking lifes complicated decisions out of the good woman's hands the way to a happy and healthy relationship. Shouldnt men as natural born leaders and organisers take on the responsibiliy of dictator in the relationship?
