My sister is a pretty advanced reader?

My little sister recently took a reading test, which we found out she reads like a 5th grader. She's a 1st grader right now. Could she skip a grade? What books are her level and age appropriate? I would give her "otherwise known as Sheila the great", but I don't want to ruin the tooth fairy for a 7 year old. PLEASE HELP!
