Are they symptoms of a stroke, or something else?

I had my whole left side go completely numb just 3 weeks. ago, and i have had it happen twice since, and now my right side has done it two nights ago, and now since then my right, and left hands wont stop tingling, and i still don't know whats causing it, cause i have yet to find a dr. in or around Tulsa, Oklahoma to do my MRI to see if that will tell me what is causeing it, cause the ER area did every test except an MRI, so they told me to go find a dr. who would do an MRI for me, and i can't find one, please can anyone help me?
