Help with Napa Valley limos- NOT wine tours please HELP!!?

For my sisters birthday, we want to rent a limo service where we can dictate and change destinations within the area as we please. We aren't huge fans of the wine tours but we do want to wine taste. Please help- it's her 25th birthday! Cheap is best but any limo service suggestion will help! Thank you!
